BREAKING: Appeal Court upholds Adeleke’s election as Osun Governor, sets aside tribunal judgement

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside the decision of the Osun State Election Petition Tribunal which sacked Ademola Adeleke as the governor of the state.

The court which gave the ruling on Friday, upheld the election of Adeleke as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission after the July 16 governorship election in the state.
