BREAKING: Lagos Police arrests fugitive who allegedly championed attacks on police in Ketu
The Lagos Police Command has arrested 34- year-old Olamilekan Odofin, a.k.a, Southy Igboro who allegedly on January 9, 2023 championed attacks on motorists and the police under the guise of Yoruba Nation agitation.
Odofin, who was arrested by the officers of Ayobo Division, was declared wanted by the police a year ago after showing in a viral video openly championing attacks on police in Ketu area of Lagos.
The Spokesman for the Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, in a post on his X handle on Friday, said investigation is ongoing.
Hundeyin said ” After over a year on the run, 34-year-old Olamilekan Odofin has been arrested by officers of Ayobo Division. The suspect, on January 9, 2023, championed attacks on motorists and the police under the guise of Yoruba Nation agitation. Investigation is ongoing”.
