One dies, many injured as BRT collides with commercial bus on Ogudu Bridge

One passenger on Wednesday died in an accident involving a BRT bus and a commercial bus near Ifako inwards Ogudu Bridge in Lagos.

Several other persons were injured as officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were on a rescue mission at the scene of the accident.

An eyewitness told WesternPost that the collision occurred at about 10am and that the body of the dead, said to be that of the commercial bus driver was still lying on the spot.
