BREAKING: Supreme Court rejects Atiku’s application to tender fresh evidence

The Supreme Court on Thursday, dismissed the application of the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to tender fresh evidence in his appeal challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.

Atiku had applied to tender Tinubu’s academic documents obtained from the Chicago State University to prove that the certificate submitted to INEC was fake.

Reading his judgment however, presiding judge John Okoro dismissed the application.
