Corrigendum: Our story on N105,000 minimum wage

The editor of WESTERN POST ONLINE has said that proposed N105,000 new national minimum wage story published on its official website is not correct, stressing that it has been been pulled down.

The editor in a signed statement on Thursday said it the management regrets the error and has ordered necessary administrative and disciplinary actions.

The statement reads, “Our attention has been drawn to a story published by one of our reporters where he claimed the Minister of Finance, Mr. Wale Edun, proposed N105,000 today as new national minimum wage to President Bola Tinubu for consideration.

“The story is not correct. The report has been pulled down and management has ordered necessary administrative and disciplinary actions.  We regret the error”
