In a startling turn of events, Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, created a stir in court on Friday by openly admitting to being male.

The popular crossdresser, renowned for his flamboyant persona, confessed to his true gender identity during a court appearance, sparking widespread discussion and controversy.

Bobrisky’s gender status has long been a topic of debate, with the influencer often flaunting his feminine appearance and claiming to have undergone surgical procedures to transition.

However, occasional glimpses of his male persona, such as attending his father’s funeral dressed as a man, have fueled speculation and curiosity.

A viral video capturing the courtroom drama shows Bobrisky visibly uncomfortable as he dodges the camera, dressed in black attire and concealing his face with a dark shade and scarf.

When directly questioned by Justice Abimbola Awogboro about his sex, Bobrisky promptly asserted, “I am a man, My Lord.”

WesternPost had reported that tjudge sentenced Bobrisky to a six-month jail term without option of fine.

The judge ruled that the sentence would commence from March 24, 2024, the day of his arrest.

This decision follows Bobrisky’s guilty plea to charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), relating to currency abuse, with the conviction handed down on April 5, 2024.
