EFCC arrests Bobrisky over Naira abuse

The men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have reportedly arrested controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky.

The self-acclaimed transgender was arrested at Pinnock Estate of Lagos State on Wednesday.

According to a report, Bobrisky was arrested over constant abuse of the Nigerian Naira.

An anonymous EFCC source confirmed the arrest saying the controversial transgender was arrested and whisked away the anti-financial crimes detectives around 3pm.

It will interest many to know that Bobriksy is one of the popular Nigerian celebrities who abuses of the Naira as ways of flaunting their wealth.

Recently, Bobrisky was seen spraying wads of Naira notes at the premiere of Eniola Ajao’s cirrent flick, ‘Ajakaju: Beast of both worlds’.

The transgender was also awarded the best dressed female on the night – a move that did not only sit well with majority of the public but also stirred a series of backlash.
