The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Sen. George Akume, has assured the youths of the federal government’s dedication to unleashing their potential for national progress.

Speaking at a forum hosted by the North-Central All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Leaders Forum in Abuja, Akume emphasized the critical role of youth empowerment in driving economic development.

He highlighted the youth-friendly initiatives within the Renewed Hope Agenda, including policies focusing on ICT, Small and Medium Enterprises, and the forthcoming Students Loan Scheme.

Encouraging the youth to have confidence in President Tinubu’s administration, Akume assured them that efforts are underway to mitigate the challenges posed by the removal of fuel subsidies for the benefit of all Nigerians.

Also speaking at the event, Hon. Suleiman Abdullahi, Chairman of the North-Central APC Youth Leader, underscored the event’s purpose: to express confidence in the SGF’s leadership and dedication to the party’s growth and development in the North-Central region and across Nigeria.
