Lagos Lands Bureau Boss highlights importance of united workforce to increased productivity

The Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Lands Bureau, Kamar Olowoshago, has highlighted that a strong and united workforce plays a critical role in driving productivity and delivering quality service to the people of the State.
Olowoshago made this assertion when declaring open the staff retreat recently at Academy Guest House, Agidingbi, Ikeja.
He stressed the importance of teamwork in achieving organizational goals, expressing optimism that the retreat would serve as an avenue for learning, inspiration, and enhanced collaboration among staff.

“This retreat is not just about stepping away from our desks. It’s about deepening connections, aligning our goals, and energizing our team to take on the future with renewed commitment.”, said Olowoshago.
The Bureau collaborated with Skills & Career Support Centre Academy Consulting, to organize a Team Bonding and Retreat for staff on Grade Levels 1–12, for the purpose of strengthening teamwork and enhance workplace productivity.
The retreat was designed as both a strategic and wellness initiative.

It brought together staff across various departments for a day of team-building exercises, strategy sessions, and wellness activities to foster a collaborative work environment, promote staff well-being, and align collective efforts with the mission and vision of the Bureau.
