My only priority in 2024 is to release an album, says Oxlade
26-year-old Nigerian singer and songwriter Oxlade has announced that his major priority in 2024 is to release an album
The ‘Ku Lo Sa’ singer made this known on his official X handle.
A fan and follower had asked if the singer will be releasing an album in 2024 and he aptly responded with the words, “My only priority rn (right now) Tbvh (to be very honest).”
The announcement opened up several commendations from many of his fans and followers, who urged him to release an album.
Born Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, Oxlade is signed to Troniq Music, Epic Records in France, and Columbia Records in the UK. He rose to prominence with the release of the song “Away”, which appeared on Rolling Stone’s 50 best songs of 2020. He has since released several singles and collaborated with several reigning acts.
In 2020, he released an Elongated Play entitled ‘Oxygene,’ and followed up with another EP in 2021 entitled ‘Eclipse.’ He looks forward to releasing his debut album.
