Ogun So-Safe rescues 17 year old boy from Kidnappers

The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps, codenamed So-Safe Corps, has rescued a 17 years old boy, Otohu Moses, from kidnappers in Olorunsogo Community.

The agency also arrested Ojugbele Joshua who was one of the suspects.

A statement issued by the agency’s Director of Information and Public Relations, Assistant Commander Moruf Yusuf, said that the operational team of the Corps did not rest on their oars since the boy was kidnapped.

Yusuf said that the corps combed the hideouts of the kidnappers and that it was during the process that Joshua was arrested.

He noted that during preliminary investigation, the suspect confessed to the crime and mentioned that they were gang of three members who kidnapped the boy.

The suspect has been transfered to the Nigeria Police Force, Imala Divisional Headquarters for further investigation and likely prosecution.
