Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, says he is saddened by the death of his Senior Legislative Aide, Oghenetejiri Uloho.
In a statement on Friday, Omo-Agege said the late Uloho “was like a son to me”.
He said he was shocked and saddened at the aide’s loss.
“It is very difficult for me to put into words how I feel. Indeed, there are no words to express the pain I am going through with this tragedy.
Teejay, as he was popularly known, was like a son to me. He loved his wife and two young beautiful twin daughters. He was an incredible father, as well as aide. This loss is too hard to comprehend,” Omo-Agege said.
“As a parent, it is even more heartbreaking to lose Teejay at this young age, with many lofty dreams ahead of him, yet to be met. This whole thing looks like a bad dream. March 18, 2022 will never be forgotten. Teejay Uloho will never be forgotten.
“On behalf of the people of Delta Central Senatorial District and my family, I send my love and prayers to his wife Mercy, his children and the entire Uloho family on an unthinkable day.”
