No one can pressure me into getting married, says Falz

Nigerian rapper Folarin Falana aka Falz has stressed that he can’t and won’t be pressured into getting married.

The 33-year-old rapper made this known in a radio interview recently.

Falz admitted that his parents, mostly his father, Femi Falana, is in the habit of always asking when he will get married.

“My father and mum will always ask when I will get married. My mum has even soft pedalled and seems to have passed the baton to my dad. He is always asking when I will get married but I am single.”

Continuing, he said, “No one can pressure me into getting married. I am a single man, I am single to stupor. It’s been long since I had a serious love relationship. I like women and not men. The last time I had a serious relationship was when I was in university. To have a healthy relationship as an entertainer and maintain the balance is very difficult with everything we see in the industry, so I have to be careful.”

Falz is a successful music star and actor, who has won both the Headies and AMVCAs awards for his musical and acting prowess respectively.
